We accept Orders from both Overseas and Inland Customers.

Overseas Orders:

As per Indian Government Export/Import Rules we can only accept Payments through Wire Transfers to our Bank Accout, from our Overseas Customers.

Do contact us before making any payment, so that we are able to raise a Proforma Invoice for you and calculate the Shipping and Packing charges involved.

All International orders are usually shipped within 10-15 business days (depending on availability of Stock), through Registered Airmail (India Post), or through Insured Surface Cargo as per your instructions. We can also ship through UPS/DHL/Fedex (charges are at cost).

Domestic Orders:

For Orders placed within India, VAT or CST Charges are applicable (All prices mentioned on our website exclude VAT/CST). We accept payments from Inland customers through Online Bank transfers or Crossed Cheques/ Demand Drafts Issued in our Company's name only or for in-city customers we also accept Cash-on-Pickup.

Inland orders are shipped through India Post Parcel Service. Please contact us before you make the payments so that we can calculate the Shipping & packing charges for you.

Alternatively we can use Private Courier Services of your choice (Shipping charges are at cost).

Generally all Inland orders are shipped within 8 to 10 business days (depending on availability of Stock).

Please Note that we do not take any responsibility for Postal/Courier delays or Loss/Damage.
